Our services

Construction quality assurance (CQA) — Independent verification that landfill construction meets design specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Our team monitors every phase of construction — from subgrade preparation through final cover installation — providing detailed documentation and certification packages accepted by regulatory agencies across Puerto Rico.
Engineering design & permitting — Complete engineering design packages tailored to Puerto Rico’s regulatory environment and site conditions. Our deliverables include construction drawings, engineering and technical specifications, and all documentation required for permitting with local and federal agencies.
Landfill cell design — Municipal solid waste landfill cells engineered for Puerto Rico’s climate, geology, and regulatory standards. Our designs incorporate liner systems, leachate collection, and stormwater management — balancing long-term performance with construction cost efficiency.
Landfill gas collection systems (GCCS) — Design and expansion of gas collection systems that capture methane effectively, reduce odor, and support flaring or energy recovery.
