Construction & environmental compliance permits — Construction permits, environmental assessments, DNER/DRNA environmental permits (solid waste DS-1/DS-2/DS-3, air PFE/Title V/Asbestos/Tier 1 and 2, water CES/UIC), and joint permit applications with USACE, DNER/DRNA, and the Puerto Rico Planning Board.
