Oasis Consulting Services PR is part of a woman-owned firm with over 30 years of engineering experience — bringing world-class landfill and environmental expertise to the Caribbean since 2007.
OUR STORY
From a dining room to 50+ professionals
Over the course of three decades, Oasis Consulting Services grew from four employees working from founder Claudia Lynn Zibanejadrad’s dining room in the 1990s to more than 50 qualified staff members — including highly-regarded industry experts — operating from multiple offices and an AASHTO-accredited laboratory. Our growth is a testament to our exceptional performance and the quality of our services.
In 2007 we began serving Puerto Rico, and in 2014 formally established Oasis Consulting Services P.R., LLC — a professional engineering consulting firm specializing in solid waste and environmental services across the Commonwealth.

Senior Project Manager, Puerto Rico
Licensed P.E. in Puerto Rico. Certified Manager of Landfill Operations with extensive landfill design and construction management experience.
Michael Monteleone, P.E.
Senior Engineer
Licensed P.E. in Puerto Rico. Extensive experience in design, permitting, and CQA. Served as Certifying Engineer for the Juncos Superfund Site (2009–2010).
